Service Overview Our Bookkeeping Review Service provides a detailed analysis of your financial records to uncover discrepancies, ensure accuracy, and offer expert recommendations for cleanup. Scope of Services Comprehensive review of financial transactions Identification of errors, inconsistencies, or missing entries Bank and credit card reconciliation checks Review of accounts payable and receivable records Assessment of payroll and tax filings (if applicable) Customized recommendations for improving bookkeeping accuracy 3. Service Term & Billing This service is offered as a one-time review with a fixed fee of $50. Payment is due before the review begins. Additional cleanup services may be offered at an hourly or project-based rate. 4. Client Responsibilities Provide necessary financial records and access to QuickBooks Online (if applicable). Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted before the review begins. Implement recommended changes or request additional support as needed. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made before the review starts are eligible for a full refund. Once the review process has begun, no refunds will be issued. 6. Confidentiality & Data Security All financial information shared will be kept strictly confidential. We follow industry best practices to safeguard client data and privacy.
