Cancellation Policy

1. Service Overview Our Monthly Bookkeeping Service provides accurate financial tracking and reporting to keep your business organized. Services include transaction recording, reconciliations, financial reporting, and ongoing support. 2. Scope of Services Recording and categorization of income and expenses Bank and credit card reconciliations Monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) Accounts payable and receivable tracking Payroll and sales tax assistance (if applicable) QuickBooks Online management and troubleshooting 3. Service Term & Billing Services are billed on a monthly basis with payment due on 1st of month. The client agrees to a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure bookkeeping consistency. Payments must be made via Check and Credit Card. 4. Late Payments & Non-Payment Payments not received within 5 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 10%. If payment is 15 days overdue, services may be paused until the balance is settled. Accounts overdue 30+ days may result in service termination and referral to collections. 5. Client Responsibilities Provide necessary financial documents and access to QuickBooks Online in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of business transactions. Notify us of any significant business changes that may impact bookkeeping. 6. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel services with 30 days' written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service. 7. Confidentiality & Data Security All financial information will be kept strictly confidential. We use secure systems to protect client data, following industry best practices.
