Cancellation Policy

1. Session Overview Our **QuickBooks Training Session** provides personalized guidance to help you efficiently manage your finances using QuickBooks Online. Each session is designed to enhance your understanding and confidence in navigating the platform. 2. Session Structure - The session includes **1.5-hour training sessions**. - Sessions will be conducted **virtually** via Google Meet or another agreed-upon platform. - Training topics will be customized based on your business needs and skill level. 3. Scheduling & Rescheduling - All sessions must be scheduled in advance within a **60-day period** from the purchase date. - Clients may reschedule a session with at least **24 hours’ notice**. - Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered **forfeited**. 4. Payment & Refund Policy - Full payment is required upfront to secure the package. - This package is **non-refundable** once the first session has been completed. - If a client wishes to cancel before the first session, a full refund may be issued. 5. No-Show Policy - Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit that session without a refund. 6. Support Between Sessions - Clients may email questions between sessions, with responses provided within **2 business days**. - Additional support or extra sessions can be booked separately at an hourly rate. 7. Technical Requirements - Clients must have access to **QuickBooks Online** and a **stable internet connection**. - It is recommended to use a computer for optimal training experience.
